Directions for Paying Online:

4. Direct your online payment to the following e-mail address:

5. Send $15 for a single issue, $25 for a year subscription, or
$30 for a library subscription. For foreign subscriptions add $10 for postage.
6. In the “Subject” line enter “CTR Subscription” or “CTR Single Issue.”
7. In the “Note” line, you must enter your name and shipping address.
